Overview of outages of services that are provided by ACTIVE 24. You can learn here about planned maintenance of our systems or about unplanned outages that we couldn´t inform you about.

We do minor maintenance every Wednesday from 11 pm to 6 am.
During this period few minute outage can occur because of a restart of a server.

This website is a way to inform our customers about an unplanned outage of services or if there is a high probability planned maintenance that will cause some of our standard information channels won’t be available – especially Customer center or customer support as a whole.

(Fixed) Unavailability of .cz domains

Thursday 28.10. at 21:05 we noticed unavailability of some .cz domains in our administration. The error affected those domains that use the older NSSET NSS: GLOBE-SGLO000001: 1.

The nameservers in this NSSET where changed due to a technical issue, which caused unavailability of the affected domains.

We resolved the issue within one hour. The fix took effect in most domains within the next hour, depending on the recovery rate of DNS resolvers.

After a prompt repair, we start working on our processes so that such a situation cannot happen again. We apologize for any inconvenience.

All our systems and services are fully functional and no significant downtime is planned. Minor maintenance of systems is carried out every Wednesday from 23:00 to 6:00. At this time, there may be several minutes of downtime due to server reboot.

today from 18:45 to 19:45 our services were partially unavailable due to storage/SAN issues. The issue is being resolved by our administrators and will be solved as soon as possible.

We are facing big DDos attack

Dear customers,

from yesterday 5.6. 20:28 until 6.6. 11:29 we noticed big DDOS attack, which caused unavailability of our website https://active24.co.uk. Around 10 minutes also services of our customers were influenced due to overflow of our firewall. These were restored fully and the attack was redirected. Our administrators are urgently working on the solution.

Services of our clients are no longer affected.

Planned downtime of the customer centre

Unavailable customer support phone line

Webmail Login Outage

Dear Customers,

There is currently an outage in the webmail interface at webmail.active24.com for some e-mail servers.

We are working intensively to eliminate downtime. Incoming mail and outgoing mail through standard IMAP/POP3 and SMTP protocols works fine.
