Overview of outages of services that are provided by ACTIVE 24. You can learn here about planned maintenance of our systems or about unplanned outages that we couldn´t inform you about.

We do minor maintenance every Wednesday from 11 pm to 6 am.
During this period few minute outage can occur because of a restart of a server.

This website is a way to inform our customers about an unplanned outage of services or if there is a high probability planned maintenance that will cause some of our standard information channels won’t be available – especially Customer center or customer support as a whole.

Planned downtime of the customer centre

Dear Customers,

today 21.04.2020 during 22:00 – 23:00 login to the customer centre and creating new orders will not be possible due to planned maintenance of our systems. All other services will be fully functional. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Unavailable customer support phone line

Today from 14:00 we are faced with the unavailability of customer support on the telephone line. We are working intensively to eliminate the problem. Emails and chats work as usual. The services of our clients do not affect this downtime.

Webmail Login Outage

Dear Customers,

There is currently an outage in the webmail interface at webmail.active24.com for some e-mail servers.

We are working intensively to eliminate downtime. Incoming mail and outgoing mail through standard IMAP/POP3 and SMTP protocols works fine.

Planned downtime of customer support systems

Dear Customers,

13th September 2019 the customer support systems will be maintained in the period from 6pm to 11pm. At this time, the availability of customer support on all channels is limited. You will only be able to send e-mails that will be answered as soon as possible.

Scheduled downtime of Active 24 email

Dear Customers,

Today 28th august 2019 and tomorrow 29th august 2019 from 10pm to 11pm we will upgrade email servers of Active 24 e-mail service. The expected unavailability of each server will be 20 – 30 minutes, when access to e-mail services will be restricted. E-mails sent to addresses placed on servers after upgrading to mailboxes will arrive with a delay.

E-mail services within shared web hosting, VMS, and managed servers will be not affected by downtime.

Planned downtime of customer support phone lines

13th august 2019 the customer support systems will be maintained in the period from 7pm to 8pm. Dial-up interruptions may occur at this time. E-mails and chats will work in the normal way. The services of our clients do not affect this downtime.

Data center outage 17:45 – 19:00

Dear customers,

Currently, there is an unplanned complete outage in the data center. The services of all our customers and our internal systems are affected. For this reason, customer support is also partially unavailable. Our technicians are currently solving the outage. The cause was a power failure for the entire data center. It has not been possible to prevent this outage from our side.

The services are gradually starting up at this time, ETA set to 2 – 3 hours to complete recovery. We are very sorry for inconveniences.

Outage of order of foreign domains (not applicable to…

currently it is not possible for technical reasons on the part of the subcontractor to make orders, renewals and changes in all foreign and transnational domains.

Registration. CZ and. SK domains continues to work seamlessly. We’re working hard to fix the problem. The domain itself and all other services work seamlessly.

Planned outage of the order and administration of the…

Dear Customers,

on 7th August 2019 a partial outage of the ordering system occurs from 22:00 to the morning.At this time, it will not be possible to order the vast majority of domains or services linked to them (hosting, email solutions, etc.). Domain management in the customer center is also restricted. Failure to APPLY. CZ domains and. SK domains. You will be able to continue to order and manage without any restrictions.

All domains and services will be fully functional (Web pages will be displayed and emails can be sent and received).

Planned maintenance of the billing system

Dear Customers,

today from 9:00 pm to tomorrow 5:00 am will be the maintaining the billing system for Western Europe and Slovakia. You will not be able to make new orders during this period. You will be able to do it until tomorrow morning.
If you create an order and try to complete it, it will be saved to the system, but the invoice will not be sent and the order goes back to the recapitulation. Do not attempt to complete the orders thus created again.
These orders will also be completed in tomorrow morning.

The services of our clients and orders from Czech website Active24 is not affected by this downtime.
