Overview of outages of services that are provided by ACTIVE 24. You can learn here about planned maintenance of our systems or about unplanned outages that we couldn´t inform you about.

We do minor maintenance every Wednesday from 11 pm to 6 am.
During this period few minute outage can occur because of a restart of a server.

This website is a way to inform our customers about an unplanned outage of services or if there is a high probability planned maintenance that will cause some of our standard information channels won’t be available – especially Customer center or customer support as a whole.

Planned maintenance of customer support systems

Dear Customers,

Today 22.7.2019 from 10 pm to 11 pm will be maintenance of customer support systems. At this time, you will not be able to connect with us both by telephone and via chat. You can send emails, they’ll be answered as soon as possible.

The services of our clients do not affect this downtime.

Planned downtime of the customer centre

Dear customers, today 03.04.2019 during 21:30 – 22:30 will not be able to login to the customer centre and create new orders due to planned maintenance of our systems. All other services will be fully functional. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Broken card payment for CZ customers

Dear customers, currently it is not possible to make payments by card to our account at Raiffeisenbanka. The problem concerns only orders and services ordered through the Czech portal active24.cz. Payment by bank transfer and all other services are fully functional. We are currently working hard to fix the problem. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Our customers, due to technical difficulties, were limited to the function of the customer centre in the period from 17:20 – 18:25. All our customers ' services worked without any hassle. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Scheduled downtime of Active 24 email

Dear customers, today from 23:00 will be a downgrade of Active 24 servers email to version 12.0.4. Due to a failed upgrade carried out 8.11.2018 the night from Thursday to Friday. The estimated unavailability of each server will be 15 minutes when webmail, send, receive mail, sync, and related services will not work. E-mails sent to addresses placed on servers after the downgrade to mailboxes arrive delayed. E-mail services within shared web hosting, VMS, and managed servers will not affect downtime. Outage of email services for some Active 24-email servers

Dear customers, due to the unsuccessful technical upgrade of the ACTIVE24 e-mail system, we are currently facing partial unavailability on some service servers Active24 e-mail. Our clients ' e-mail delivery is not affected, but it is not possible to log on to mailboxes. Our admins solve the problem with the highest priority. We apologize for the inconvenience. The systems are fully functional

All our systems and services are fully functional and no significant downtime is planned. Minor maintenance of systems is carried out every Wednesday from 23:00 to 6:00. At this time, there may be several minutes of downtime due to server reboot.
