Overview of outages of services that are provided by ACTIVE 24. You can learn here about planned maintenance of our systems or about unplanned outages that we couldn´t inform you about.

We do minor maintenance every Wednesday from 11 pm to 6 am.
During this period few minute outage can occur because of a restart of a server.

This website is a way to inform our customers about an unplanned outage of services or if there is a high probability planned maintenance that will cause some of our standard information channels won’t be available – especially Customer center or customer support as a whole.

Violation of filesystem on Uvirt56

  • April 25, 2017

Dear customers, around 7. Hours in the morning there was a violation of the filesystem on the shared server uvirt56. If your hosting works on this server, it was not possible to write data to it at the time of the outage. Some pages might not work at all. Data recovery took place from the data image at the time of failure. The full recovery of all virtual servers occurred at 13:30. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Restricting the availability of email services

Due to technical difficulties, it has not been possible to log in to e-mail boxes since 12:00-12:50. Email messages were received in order. Other services work without hassle. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Due to technical difficulties, some VMS servers and subservers on them have not been available from 20:30-21:30. Now all the services are running fine. Thank you for your understanding.

Customer Centre and order outage

Valued customers, due to the updating of our systems, the function of the customer centre and the ordering system will be lost. The update will run in 21:00. The outage will not last more than five minutes. All our customer services will work without any hassle. Thank you for your understanding.

Limiting the availability of certain services and customer centres

Dear customers, due to technical difficulties, the customer centre was not available at the time 14:30-15:05, login to email boxes via web interface webmail.active24.com and new orders. Login worked on the mailboxes via the alternative address rc.active24.cz. We apologize for the inconvenience. All customer services work fine.

Temporary outage of email services

Dear customers, today at 13:40-14:20 there was a flood of our incoming and outgoing email servers. For this reason, email messages could not be sent or received. However, this outage DID not CAUSE any messages that were received or sent to be lost. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Dear customers, in the period from 10:35-11:00 there was a DDos attack, which at a temporary moment to retire some services of our customers and login to the customer center. Our customer services are now fully available. We are very sorry and thank you for your understanding.

Customer Centre Downtime

The customers will be warned on Friday 13.2.2015 between 6:00 and 7:00 the Customer Center server will be upgraded. Please excuse the planned outage in the range of about half an hour. Thank you for your understanding

Temporarily unable to sign in by email to Customer…

Dear customers, for technical reasons, logging in via email accounts to our customer centre does not work at this moment. This problem is currently being solved by our engineers. Logging in using the classic customer UID works normally. Thank you for your understanding.
