With these switches, we ensure continuous function of the SAN network even in case of failure of the entire power branch or multiple phases. We continue to increase the resilience of our services against power outages. The Switche also increases the SAN spine throughput to 40Gbps and provides 10Gbps connectivity for our powerful storage servers. In addition to increasing throughput and redundancy, the latency of IO operations is also reduced. We do not assume that there is a major outage during the migration, however, the durability test for the downtime of the SAN infrastructure (failover) can cause short-term unavailability of web hosting and mail services, in the order of tens of seconds.
